Click on the link to the zip file and the following appears:

Click Open.  Then next screen appears.

Click "Extract all files"

Click Next

Make sure the "Files will be extracted to this directory:" box says "C:\" and then click next

Click Finish.  You should now have the directory C:\DVDA and all it contains.
