You can download Audiograbber (http://www.audiograbber.com-us.net/)
1. Insert one of your Audio CD's
2. Open Audiograbber
3. Select Settings
4. Select MP3 Settings
5. Select Internal Encoder
6. Select Microsoft PCM Converter
7. Select 48000 KHz , 16 Bit, Stereo
8. Select OK
9. Select Freedb - This will populate each track with Artist information
10. Select Grab
