Today, the organ was was turned on and played. Surprisingly, there were no extra ciphers since the organ was last played. Currently, there are probably close to 100 pipes pulled due to ciphers. The Solo division was the only division thorouly checked today due to time. There were a few dead notes here and there on the main chest. The Tuba was a different story. More than half the notes were dead. This is due to the fact that the wiring to the Tuba primaries is a mess, and the condition of the leather. Some of the pouches were only partly deflating because they are stiff from age.

The Great, Swell, and Choir, Echo, and Pedal will be checked at a later date.

Mechanically, the blower seemed to run very smoothly. There was quite a bit of air turbulence at the intake, but this may be due to the fact that the spring to pull the flaps closed is missing. Also, the blower case was warm, maybe due to the air turbulence at the intake. The motor ran very well and was barely warm to the touch after a half hour of running. There's not much else to report now, but I will try to get another update soon.
