AFGE is the largest Union for federal workers. Our National President is John Gage. We are organized under the 5th district of 12. Charlotte Flowers is our National Vice President (NVP) for 5th district. Our Local 2022 President is Bob Fitzgerald.
We represent all civilian Appropriated Fund (AF) and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Department of the Army, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Campbell, the U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDAC), the U.S. Army Dental Command (DENTAC), with duty stations at Fort Campbell, And Employees of AAFES, DeCA, and J&J Maintenance (Contractor) Except: Management officials and supervisors, Temporary employees with appointment of one year or less.
