Downloading and
printing the checklist booklet
We have formatted
this checklist so you can download and print using your own computer
and printer. This allows instant access by you and ease of updating
for us.
But, we cannot predict
exactly how your computer and printer will handle this project. Your
computer needs to have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed. This
free software is referenced in Step 1 below. The critcal element is
your printer. There are a seeming infinite number of printer manufacturers
and models. We cannot predict how every make and model will print the
sheets. We have tested it on several configurations and the biggest
issue is centering. Every printer has a part at the top of a sheet that
does not print and a part at the bottom of the sheet that does not print.
If these "non printing areas" are equal then the printing
will center on the sheet. If they are not equal the printed area might
not be centered after folding. You need to consult your printer documentation,
or experiment, to determine your non-printing areas.
Step 1
Confirm you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
If you do not, download and install this free software from the Adobe
Acrobat download site.
Step 2
For the cover we have included two different versions. If your
"non printing areas" are equal, use the first file. If your
"non printing areas" are not equal, use Version 2.

File
After it opens on your computer, print it out on 8.5 x 11 paper. Use
a color printer on heavy paper stock for best results.
Step 3
Click here to open the Even Page File.
After it opens on your computer, print it out. Use 10 sheets of blank
8.5 x 11 paper.
Step 4
Click here to open the Odd Page File.
After it opens on your computer, print it on the back of the sheets
of the even page file. This is the tricky part. You may need to experiment
to get the pages put together right.
Step 5
Fold the sheets in half, fold the cover in half, put the sheets
in order, and staple at the fold.
