Exterior of the House taken from the corner. Original configuration, the house was built in 1957. The bushes were probably planted in the first couple of years and are well out of hand.

How about that front door? The colored glass is actually a blue water glass that should work nicely with the shutters, which are only a day or two away from being installed. The beveled glass creates some nice rainbows on the floor in the morning sun. And it looks really cool with the moon shining through at night! |

| Basement before shot. Note the painted paneling and drop ceiling. |
Same shot. All surfaces have been dry walled and you can
see the door to the new bathroom and a closet to its left. What you don't
see is that all of the galvanized piping has been removed and replaced by
copper. |

The bathroom as finally configured. Lots of color and
good lighting. The mirror over the sink is in place, I'll have to get a
new picture! |

Where we are
'living.' | |
| This is where we were 'living' at least for a kitchen, living room, den set up. The new bathroom is the white wall you see to the right in the right hand picture. The glass block windows are wonderful and add a great deal to the reflected light in the area. The green containers have been great for packing and storing stuff. We probably had fifty of them stacked in corners and closets. The window beside the computer screen in the back is the egress window that was installed. | |
