Formally founded in the Spring of 2006, Green Cuisine is an innovative company serving the catering needs of Chicago and beyond. We approach our client's needs with an emphasis on environmentally sound and wholesome menu ideas. Our success is measured by our ability to share and integrate our vision with our clients and by exceeding their expectations.

We take pride in having established ourself as Chicago's first caterer fully committed to the development of green initiatives paired with creative, sophisticated cuisine. Our mission, quite simply, is to create unique events centered around remarkably great food and service. As a small, exclusive catering firm, we have orchestrated exciting parties for Chicago's leading arts and cultural institutions, as well as for its most prominent hosts.

Our culinary staff has over 30 years experience developing cutting edge and palate-pleasing dishes. Chef Gregoire was trained in Italy and has spent the past five years in America honing his culinary skills. Besides an emphasis on creating fresh, wholesome, and organic menus, Chef Gregoire also composes custom menus to fit any special occassion.

We hope to promote a healthier society by cultivating a deeper appreciation and awareness for local and sustain-ably raised food presented in imaginative new ways. We also provide recycling and composting services to our clients.
