 Philco 112X for sale |
It appears that this 1932-era Philco console has been stripped but then never refinished. Some pieces of the veneer are missing from a few places, but all of the handsome inlay is still in place. The speaker has a good-sized hole in the cone. As is obvious from the photos, all the knobs are missing, the grille cloth is in tatters and the power cord has been shortened to about three inches long. All 11 tubes are in place and light up, but haven't been tested. An interesting site about the Philco 112X is here. Contact Mark Nelson for more information. |
