'When a new person comes to the club
that has signed up without knowing anyone...we should have a person
designated to have that new person in their 4 some and they can email each
other before the actual date to arrange meeting place and time on the day of
the tournament. Kind of like a new player rep... I have a better name for
it, but I can't think of it right now.'
