Facilities

The room is 24.5' by 36' with an exposed beam ceiling and a functional fireplace. There are seven 6' folding tables, one 7' table, and one 5' dining table available for use. There are 25 stackable, padded chairs and 48 metal, folding chairs available. There is an overhead projector (no screen), VHS-format VCR, and a 19-inch television (no cable or antenna).

The room is 10' by 12' and is open to the meeting room. It has a refrigerator, stove (range and oven), microwave, can opener, blender, and small coffee maker. Also, available are miscellaneous plates, bowls, cups, glasses and flatware. There is a moderate sized set of glass cups and serving plates, to accompany a glass punch bowl.

The uncovered patio is approximately 12' by 36' with a roughly equivalent grassy area. There is a 5' glass top patio table and a stand-alone fire pit available for use.

There are two restrooms, each with toilet and wash basin.

There is room for at most two compact cars in the driveway. There is limited on-street parking. The First Church of God parking lot, across the street, is generally available when not in use for church functions.

Access to the building is provided by a ramp from the street sidewalk level to the front door entrance. The patio is on the same level as the meeting room and the rest of the building. One of the two restrooms has been fitted with an extra wide door and grab bars near the toilet. Unfortunately, the wash basin is an older-style built-in and does not provide for "roll-under" access. All counters are standard height.
