I never considered myself a horror illustrator, but I have perpetrated a few pieces in that genre. I painted them specifically to get into art shows at World Horror Conventions (professional trade shows also attended by science fiction publishers).
I did enjoy brainstorming these pieces and the feedback, both positive and negative,
I've received from their showing.
