I have almost all the main expansions so you will find stuff made using anyone one of them. If an item need one of them it will be stated if not then is a base game item.
Clothing items are download separately so you can mix and match, pick and choose which pieces you like. Unless it full body skin like dresses, gym and those type skins. Objects re colored like wood base & cushions and counter & counter top are download separately in the same way. You will also find some walls & floors from time to time.
