B-36 Foam Fill the Fuselage

1- Hot Wire Cutting Hole the Length of Fuselage

2- Cutting Balsa Sides, Top and Bottom to Size

---

3- Tack Glue Box
DO NOT glue to foam

---

4- Finish Glue Box

---

5- Test Fitting Wood Tube

---

6- Mark Wing and Horizontal Stabilizer Openings onto Box
Cut out wing & stabilizer openings from box

---

7- Coat Wood and Inside of Fuselage with Epoxy

---

8- Wrap Foam Plug with Waxpaper
Slide plug into hole to keep wood pressed against foam until epoxy dries

---
