- Deposit: $ 350. required no later than July 1st - your deposit will reserve your place in the program for 2008.
Balance of $500. is due upon arrival
- Music: Participants often like to order their own music for assigned pieces but I will mail copies as needed -- just let me know ASAP: RZChamber@aol.com
- Facilities on the mountain: Participants will stay in the Music Mountain House, the country home built by Jacques Gordon, Music Mountains founder. There are a number of baths/showers in the house and Music Mountain provides linens (sheets, towels and soap). Meals will be prepared by our chef in the kitchen of the Music Mountain House and served in the charming dining room.
- Rehearsal space: There are a number of rehearsal spaces with pianos -- Gordon Hall, another grand in the Main House living room as well as several uprights for practicing. We will make every effort to divide the use of pianos as fairly as possible.

(Coaches will share work with groups over the course of the week -- as assigned and posted daily)
What to bring:
- any accessories needed for maintaining your instrument (extra strings, reeds, etc.)
- a music stand
- pencils for rehearsals
- additional music youd like to read in evenings
- a flash light - its very dark on the mountain at night
- an alarm clock
- some warm clothing, socks - nights can be quite cool -- even in August
- Personal care items
- A CALLING CARD - there is a pay phone for our use near the concert hall -- few cell phones get any reception unless you drive off the mountain -- I will provide an emergency contact number for your family and friends but need to double check that number first
Falls Village Rescue Squad will respond immediately to any emergencies
There is plenty of shopping in Canaan and Falls Village - both a short drive off the mountain
