Brazoria Kennel Club Application for Rescue Funds

 

Each year the Brazoria Kennel Club sponsors a raffle to benefit rescue during the club's show. As the request for funding can exceed funding available, the club request that the attached application form be completed and returned to the club before any funds are released.

 

 

The club's membership will determine funding amounts.
