Company Profile

TWSI is a Maryland Corporation started in July 2001 by Arvind K Mathur, MBA, alumni of The American University, Washington DC Arvind is an experienced professional in the IT field. Arvind started his career in the military moving on to federal government contracting, Human Resource and recruiting. Their combined experience gives  the company a wide spectrum of experience and expertise in the private and  government related IT business. 

TWSI's professionalism is admired by clients and associates. We make realistic assessments of our projects, ensure timely compliance and stay within the negotiated budget. 

TWSI has access to a staff of qualified professionals most of whom are degreed at the masters and doctorate level. We also have a staff of hardworking technicians, programmers and experienced project managers. Our Project/Program managers have absolute authority in their respective projects. The founders bring their expertise in the form of guidance to enhance project performance.
