CapabilitiesOur processes are well-founded and include both our co-operation with customers as well as our internal processes. We have decided to let the CMM-model (Capability Maturity Model) become the basis of our internal processes and in addition to target our customer relations by special processes and specific initiatives. We do this for two reasons. Firstly, it is our experience that a fruitful co-operation with the customer is of crucial importance to the success of the project. Secondly, we would like our customers to think of their co-operation with Systematic as a positive experience from which both parties can learn useful lessons. CMM is based on a model according to which a number of small improvements are systematically implemented. In the universe of the CMM, processes are of fundamental importance. A process is defined universally as a sequence of actions. The CMM organizes steps of improvement on five maturity levels according to the principle "one must crawl before one can walk". Each maturity level defines a number of processes which must be implemented.
