All skill effects are based on VA rank, power levels at 50, no space traits, no accolades, no deflector, and common equipment (unless otherwise stated).

For abilities affected by auxiliary power levels, my research indicates the ability is generally affected by 1% for every power point above or below  level 50.  Thus, at power level 50 you are at the numbers listed above, at power level 125 you are at +75%, and at level 25 you are at -25%.  Engine speed is likewise affected by 1% per engine power point.  Energy weapons damage by 2% per weapons power point. Shield regeneration by 4% per shield power point.
