Materials:
Charcoal Gray Yarn (Caron Simply Soft in Charcoal Heather)
White Yarn (Caron Wintuk in Winter White)
Crochet hook in size F (3.75 mm)
Fiberfill stuffing
Plastic beanbag pellets
Nylon stockings
Tapestry needle
Hot glue gun OR white sticky back felt

Special Techniques & Instructions:
All pieces except ears are worked in a spiral. Do not join rounds until the very last round. Use a marker to indicate last stitch of previous round.

Decrease: Pull up loop in 1st sc, pull up loop in 2nd sc, draw yarn thru all 3 loops on hook.

Loop Beginning Instructions:
1. Take the yarn and make a loop with the free end crossing over about 2 inches in the back.
2. Hold the loop where the yarns cross between your fingers. Insert your hook through the loop from right to left and draw up a loop with the yarn attached to the ball, then chain 1.
3. Make the required number of sc in the loop.
4. When you have made the required number, gently pull on the free end to gather the stitches together.
5. Mark the last stitch in the round and start your 2nd round in the first sc. As you work on the piece the free end will automatically be "woven in" the wrong side and will remain there.
