Dr. N.D.Prabhakar has a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Indian Statistical Institute, and has 25+ years of teaching and research experience in academic universities and in industrial R&D organizations in the U.S., e.g., Wayne State University, Central Michigan University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Monmouth University, General Motors Research Labs, AT&T Bell Labs, and Lucent Technologies.   While working for AT&T, he developed several graduate courses for the Information Communication Institute of Singapore. Later Lucent Technologies selected him to develop and teach two graduate level communication courses at the Multimedia University of Malaysia.  He is currently the CEO of Total Systems Consultants, Inc., an IT consulting company
