ACT! Training Schedule

Technical support from Magic Dust Technology is also available yearly contract. We offer 3 different types of support, which permits our clients to decide the level of support they desire. We use PC Anywhere 32 software that permits us to review the clientís computer from our office as well as make changes, and download and upload files. Many things can happen to a computer system while "real people" are operating it. Magic Dust is who all users call when things don't operate the way they should. The three options are as follows: Phone support on an hourly basis. ACT! Help Desk assistance. This support is billed quarterly and is per user depending upon the number of users. Hours are from 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. ACT! Super Users Support. Designed to allow a system administrator for the ACT! database to have unlimited access to Magic Dust personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via telephone or pager. (ACT! Super User support is available only to those who have completed Super User Training.) Regardless of the type of support, Our Help Desk offers technical support to clients, which establishes a lifeline so those clients are always connected to us, regardless of what has taken place.
