The jewelry is made from Precious Metal Clay (PMC). PMC is a clay-like medium used to make jewelry, beads and small sculptures. It consists of very small particles of precious metals (such as silver, gold or platinum) mixed with an organic binder and water. PMC can be shaped just like any soft clay, by hand or using moulds. After drying, it is fired in a kiln, with a handheld gas torch, or on a gas stove. The binder burns away, leaving the pure, sintered metal. Silver precious metal clay results in objects containing .999 pure silver .

There is a legend that says who ever will fold 1000 cranes will be granted their wish. The origami crane has become a symbol of international peace. Created by PMC in a paper form, these birds are created and come to in a kiln firing. Each crane is hand made and unique. May they bring you peace and happiness.
