Angel Chimes

These
chimes were originally designed as a meditation aid for specific angel
meditations found on the lovingpurelove website. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/lovingpurelove/
Symbolism:
Each tube represents a note spelling the name of a specific angel; for
example G in GOLOG is symbolized by the note F so that note is used.
As well as the notes, the angel name is then spelled with colored beads
along the inside string. Golog’s
colors are emerald green, deep orange, ultramarine blue, olive green, deep
orange, ultramarine blue, and emerald green.
The name of the angel is written on the striker and the copper sail.
The copper in the sail is a conduit of love.
About
the artist:
With a Master's Degree in Music Performance and a Bachelor's in Music
Education, Jenny Lipetzky has experienced in many ways the power of music.
Performing, teaching, and studying music is a vital part of her life.
When introduced to the angel meditations she found the power of the music
association to specific angels so compelling that she had to share it.
It is more than just matching notes to letters, these chimes create angel
songs that focus attention to divine rights and aspirations. Using them is an
invitation for the angels to come into our lives and help us; they are just
waiting to be asked.

Specifications: Each chime is composed of ¾” aluminum tubing in lengths ranging from 12”-18” depending on the note. They are hung from the nodal points of the pipe (where the least vibration occurs) with 50 lb nylon line, which withstands UV rays and resists weathering. The striker is plastic and hits the chimes in the center of the pipe for the most vibration and overtones. The sail is copper (this will oxidize and change colors over time). All components are designed for outdoor use.
