This could be a dining room, a living room, or a sitting room. I labeled it a living room on the floor plan. The walls have brand new dry wall. The trim is currently unfinished so you can paint it or keep the natural wood look. The carpet's not very nice and has paint on it, so you can replace it with the flooring of your choice.
