REAL ESTATE SALES COURSE

 

Annex Real Estate School offers different types of sales courses, designed to accommodate students’ individual learning methods and busy schedules.  Our students have the option of enrolling in traditional three or four week sales courses, given mornings or evenings, or an intensive 3 day, 24 hour course that prepares you to become licensed over a single weekend.

Students attending Annex Real Estate School’s Pre-licensing Classes learn the fundamentals of the real estate business, including agency, legal issues, financing principles, property management, appraisals, fair housing, ethical practices, as well as how to close a real estate transaction.

Course graduates qualify for an examination to become licensed Real Estate Salespersons in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

 

REAL ESTATE BROKER COURSE

 

Real estate sales associates who have worked in the field, full time, for 12 months or longer, can enroll in Annex Real Estate School’s  Broker Course.  This course is ideal for real estate professionals who are ready to take the next step in advancing their career.

Students of our Broker Course have the opportunity to examine industry trends and topics in small seminar style classes.  They also enjoy the rare benefit of sharing valuable knowledge and on the job experience with like minded colleagues.  Course graduates also have the advantage of walking away with an expanded network of contacts, educational enrichment and the personal satisfaction that accompanies the prestige of becoming a Broker.  This Course is offered as a 5 Week program, 3 Week program, or an intensive 3 Day class.  Call to get the latest schedule

 

Graduates from the Broker Course qualify for an examination to become a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

OUR APPROACH TO YOUR REAL ESTATE EDUCATION

At Annex Real Estate School our Massachusetts licensed Instructors are Experienced Real Estate Brokers. We use nationally recognized textbooks, "Modern Real Estate Practice" and "Massachusetts Real Estate: Practice and Law", published by Dearborn Publishing. Students will also receive and review "Massachusetts Rules and Regulations" which is produced by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Real Estate brokers and Salesmen.

 

CONTINUING EDUCATION

 

Salespersons and Brokers, alike, must completed Massachusetts state requirements for Continuing Education on a regular basis.  Moreover, homeowners, landlords, renters or anyone interested in personal enrichment, can also benefit from the our selection of practical course.  A sampling of the Continuing Education courses offered at Annex Real Estate School include, Appraisal Process, Financing, Fair Housing, Consumer Protection, Agency Law, Lead Paint. Architecture, Closing and Settlement.   These course are taught from the perspective of the licensed real estate practitioner.
