Greetings from the Camp Wrangler ; following are the final confirmations and locations for July Coronation reserved campsites.
MOST IMPORTANT FACT TO KNOW: Unless you call me or e-mail me by Thursday 8pm that you are NOT going to be on site to claim your reserved spot by Friday, 14th at 9pm, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR SITE!
At least part of your group MUST be on site by 9pm or I will give it away to first-come, first-served. You may call me at 360-265-1328 or 360-731-7729 and leave a message. Or e-mail me back at julycoronationreservation@comcast.net . Please include your group name and your reservation #, as well as when you intend to get there; i.e.: “This is House Tetris, spot # 99, will be on site Friday night late, or early Saturday , around midnight.” No message or e-mail, no space. Had too many no-shows at June Faire, and we turned some people away who did not need to go….Coronation is very tight, and I really do not want to turn anyone away. It promises to be a heck of a wonderful event, and I want to share it with as many An Tirians as possible! =-)
The maps with the campsites marked are going to be available on the official July Coronation web site probably sometime tomorrow. Be patient, as our webmaster has a real job and life, and has been pulling miracles for us. Some of the maps MIGHT get changed a bit, if I can find a better spot for people, especially in section 6, as some of the areas are sloped. If you are in section 6, you will remain there, but might be in a slightly different location than is indicated on the web site.
When you get on site, CHECK IN AT GATE FIRST, THEN go to you area, and there will be someone there with the Team Haggis red sash on to direct you to the proper spot. It will be marked with white paint on the grass; the number will be in one of the corners of your plot. If we cannot publish the maps on-line in time, there will be a copy available at the Gate.
I am looking forward to meeting many of you, and I thank everyone for your patience and your willingness to work with us in such tight confines. Have fun and enjoy the hospitality of Dragon’s Laire!
