1. Major Infrastructure Items:
a.) All major activities are sited on the overall map.
b.) Camping Coordinator has stopped taking reservations and has mapped all encampment reservations.
c.) Traffic routes have been identified and mapped.
d.) Gate set-up has been finalized. This includes a temporary removal of gate on Saturday to across the street (so as to move SCA traffic away from the wedding happening near original gate location). Gate procedures in process of being written.
e.) Parking areas have been identified and local civic group has been contracted to assist with parking on Friday night as well as Crossing Guards during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
f.) Problem Areas:
(1.) We're still working out a shuttle system for Friday night and for those needing assistance to and from the

(2.) Still looking for volunteers to man the Security Check-points on Friday and Saturday to help minimize
'ghosting' of the event.
(3.) Handicapped parking will be severly limited. Once the (15) or so spaces available around the
