API of Merrimack Valley meets on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.. Our meetings are held in the hall of the Holy Cross Episcopal church, located at 118 Center Road in Weare. Enter the front door and go down the stairs immediately on the left. See below for directions In addition, we have a monthly meeting to discuss a topic based on a book from the API Bibliography. We meet in the home of a member, and the entire family is welcome to attend. Contact a Leader for the next meeting time, topic, and location. Parents are encouraged to tend to their children during our meetings, and we welcome you to bring small toys or quiet activities for entertainment. Most of our parents have small children, and they typically play together and explore the room during our meeting. It is totally acceptable and appropriate for parents to be "chasing" their toddlers, cooing at their babies, or playing games with their children while participating in the discussion. Please contact a leader for further information or more thorough directions. We also hold a monthly Mom's Morning when we meet for breakfast, and in the summer we hold weekly playgroups. Contact a Leader for more information. Directions >From Manchester: Take route 114 through the Goffstown main street area and another approximately 5.5 miles to Center Road. Center Road is 1/2 mile past the Weare town center (with the middle school, town hall, library, and town gazebo). Turn right on Center street, and follow for 1/2 mile. Holy Cross Episcopal will be on the right. >From Concord: Take Clinton Street / 13 through Bow and into Dunbarton. When 13 turns off to the left, remain straight to stay on 77. Before you enter Weare town center, turn left on Center road. You will see a truck route sign and a sign for Holy Cross. (Center Road is 10.3 miles from I-89 & Clinton Street.) Holy Cross Episcopal* will be 0.3 miles on your left.
