The House at Ellendale Drive

We moved here in August of 1992. Previously we lived downtown on 36th St. behind the old Memorial Stadium (now gone).

Here are several pictures of the house from the front. This was shot in the Fall with a 24mm lens. You can see the red Japanese maple on the right, and the Autumn Glory Maple in the center.
The Living Room

Great working fireplace and a 10 ft. wide 5 pane bow window
Another view of the front where you can see the large pine trees a little better. The front porch is a great place to sit once the sun is over the roof.
         The Family/Theatre Room.

A full 5.1 home theatre system is in residence here. Complete with a 52 inch plasma screen and VMPS loudspeakers with a total power of about 1500 watts RMS.

You can see the edge of the hot tub on the porch through the picture window.
The Kitchen

       The Covered Back Porch.

A cathedral ceiling covers this area famous for its parties and sumptous barbecues, This porch is why we bought the house. There is also a hot tub in the back corner that you can't see. This area is in constant use from about mid March through late October.
                    Master Bedroom

The master bedroom with a king size sleep number bed. Bed is on a solidmaple platform and the headboard is made from a slice of the same tree that was used to make the other  bedroom furniture.
