this gown is currently under re-make.

the original version was made from olive/pistachio green peachskin, lined in a deep brown satin, with a purple satin sash.

the pattern was drafted from a couple of renaissance/maternity patterns, and the brooch (now long gone, thanks to my forgetfulness) was made from glass beads, a handmade bead raster, and lots o' love.

the remake is going to be done with olive green velvet, lavender/blue crosswoven silk taffeta, and lined in a brown silk matching the actual pattern of the real gown.

i'll keep my progress updated, but i likely won't start on this project until early 2007.
