Here are my terms of sale :
1.) There are absolutely NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges.
All items are first come, first serve-- with preference given to buyers that are local or available to physically pick up the item.
I reserve the right to modify and update listings at any time, and not to sell to any customer that won't follow all sales guidelines.
Once you buy it, it's yours-- so if you have any questions at all about it, ask me before purchase.
That being said, I have described things to the best of my abilities, but if you do need additional info, I am more than happy to oblige you pre-purchase. Just let me know!
2.) I accept ONLY the following methods of payment :
well-concealed cash (though not recommended unless you've got really, really good packaging)
USPS money order* (the ones purchased directly from the Post Office- This is my Preferred Method of Payment.)
PayPal (I can only accept PayPal payments via bank transfer ONLY, no credit cards.)
* a note about the M.O.-- because there are such problems with counterfeit money orders, it's why I'm requesting a specific type.
3.) Regardless of what type of the three payment options you choose, once you decide to make a purchase you need to follow this proceedure for ease:
a.) Please use the titles I've given items on my site to keep confusion at bay when e-mailing me for a shipping quote or final order. (In your list of things you'd like to purchase please include your NAME, ADDRESS/ZIP CODE, E-MAIL, ITEM DESCRIPTIONS/TITLES)

If you contact me via another method like forum message or LJ, don't expect a prompt response-- I am not able to check those as frequently as my personal e-mail account.
b.) Once I've sent you a verification of the items/ grand total for your shipping, handling costs (if applicable due to item size) and purchase, please tell me what type of the three payment methods you'll be sending.
c.) When you mailed/sent payment- let me know ASAP, so I can keep my eyes peeled on the mail. (Once payment has arrived and fully cleared at the bank and/or deposited, your order will be shipped out within 48 hours. )
* note: I'm not going to ship anything before payment arrives, so make sure you doublecheck addresses before sending out funds. I will contact you ASAP via e-mail when I get your payment, as well as when it's sent out. I'm a HUGE fan of communication during sales.
4.) Shipping:
Smaller items such as jewelry, shirts, and lingerie will be mailed USPS Priority Mail. Cost will be exactly what USPS charges me to get it to you, based on your zip code and package weight.
Larger items/ Larger orders (crinolines, all costumes, pet bags, coats, bulky stuff, large orders that require more box space) will be mailed Parcel Post USPS.
(Larger items will incur a handling cost because larger boxes are not free like Priority materials. Please contact me ASAP with what you're interested in so I can find the best box to ship the large items in, and let you know what additional costs it'll incur so I can get things to you as cheaply as possible.) In other words, let me know all of what you're interested in buying, and I'll calculate your shipping along with your grand total for items purchased.
Note: I will ONLY ship USPS domestic (no international), and I highly recommend you get insurance and/or delivery confirmation, because once I mail it, I can't be responsible for it.
If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation, please LET ME KNOW ASAP when you send in your initial order list! I will add that into the shipping quote.
