My son william took a lot of these pics also. From one end of NJ to the other. When I see someone toss trash right in front of a cop, and he does nothing. Shows who is not the law abiding person. The person that violated the law, or the person WE pay to enforce laws? I would say the latter. If he thought he would get in any trouble, he wouldn't do it in first place. Since it seems in this day and age where one in two speak english, the bring their horrable practices from mexico, crime and drugs. All someone has to do is look at where they live in filth, hell we all now live in filth. Seems our politicians want a dirty state. Like we don't already have one.
Does any Reader have any idea of how to get this litter law enforced? Todd bates from Asbury Park Press would like to know also.
