Little Lemon Tarts Recipes

The tarts are lemon curd filling in pastry shells.

They do not travel well, because the curd sticks to everything. They are easy to assemble on-site. The shells can be stacked and the curd can be placed in a ziplock freezer bag. When you get to the site, cut a corner of ziplock and squeeze the curd into the shells. I wish everything were this easy! ;-)
