Family Trump Art

Presented below, composite work from Michael Kucharski's wonderful Trump portraits from his professional black & white sketches in the published rules. Enhancements by your humble servant. I think, with a few exceptions, that Michael really 'nailed' the Elder Amberite characters. Write me, if you care to debate the exceptions. I've read in Amberzine that Roger Zelazny enjoyed Michael's portrait of Deirdre (in armor) more than the one described by Corwin in the Chronicles. I think that provides quite an insight into the author's thoughts on the unrevealed potentials of that particular lady of Amber.

"Then came a fiery bearded, flame-crowned man, dressed all in red and orange, mainly of silk stuff, and he held a sword in his right hand and a glass of wine in his left . . . . ."

Bleys attributed to Corwin

By the way . . . . how many people do you know that could pull off wearing these kind of clothes and look this good??? I just think this particular member of the Family is underappreciated. But not by me . . . :-)
