Karen Godfrey is a Certified Social Worker, Certified Focusing Trainer, an artist, and a workshop facilitator. Grief and loss, women's issues, and emotional expression through art are her specialties. In addition to all this, Karen is the owner and operator of Art Beat.

Karen offers individual art therapy sessions, which focus on the expression of one's inner self. Her warm and inviting approach allows others to feel safe and comfortable.
