General

The research is focused on growth of high quality electronic and photonic crystals and includes:
  • Crystal growth and technology;
  • Thermodynamics of crystal growth processes;
  • Fluid dynamics in crystal growth systems;
  • Purification of materials.
Most of the research concerns experimental work with some theoretical analysis.
