Abstract
An approach to the calculation of diffusive mass transport in CVT processes
using a one-dimensional approximation is presented. The influence of some
typical assumptions in common practice (uniform diffusion coefficient in the gas
phase, no reaction between gaseous species along the diffusion path) on the
results of the calculations is discussed.
