We offer you the public relations and marketing expertise you've been looking for. The gallery has developed media contacts throughout the area. Membership at Artist’s Own also offers you on-line promotional opportunities, including a website that acts as an electronic portal between the art-buying public and your website. As a consignment artist, you are participating in a limited way. We show your work – you get paid. That’s the simple version. We start consignees w/ a 3 month contract at 40% commission paid to the gallery. The consignee’s art is different than any of our members’ work in order to generate new interest in the gallery and not conflict with members’ sales. We typically don’t accept consignment artists during November and December. We encourage you to share any marketing material (business cards, brochures, mailing list) so we can offer to our customers.
