March 12. The project has finally started. Today my friend, Chris and I removed the engine out of the Miata. It was a long process, about 6 hours. Chris was a great help. He has done this before in his old Volvo, so he's an old pro at it. We really did not have any major complications. OK, maybe one. We did not drain the transmission. So oil went all over the floor. It was a great day of work.
