About ASEF

The Antioch Schools Education Foundation is an independent foundation that works closely with, but is separate from, the Antioch Unified School District. We are made up of parents, educators, residents, businesses and community leaders working together to support educational excellence within the Antioch Unified School District. The ASEF is a California non-profit, tax exempt, public benefit organization, IRS designation 501(c)(3), #94-3238252, established February 1996.

Our Mission

To engage the citizenry, political and business communities of the Antioch Unified School District in providing community and corporate funding in support of creating an exceptional public school education for all students, thus ensuring the future of our youth, our economic vitality and unique quality of life.

The Antioch Schools Education Foundation is committed to conducting its fund-raising in a manner that increases awareness of the need for private funds for education, promotes a positive sense of community and fosters cooperation among AUSD organizations.
