Warning Message:The Flood Warning continues for 
  the Potomac River at Point of Rocks.
* Until late tonight.
* At 8:45 am Tuesday the stage was 16.5 feet. 
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 16.0 feet. 
* Forecast...the river will continue rising to near 17.0 feet by this
  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage late tonight.
At 15.0 feet...water inundates the low water Road adjacent to the 
river upstream in Brunswick Maryland.

The Flood Warning continues for 
  the Goose Creek near Leesburg.
* Until early this afternoon.
* At  4:16 am Tuesday the stage was 12.5 feet. 
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet. 
* Forecast...the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by 
  early this morning.
At 12.0 feet, water begins to overflow its banks and approaches rt 15
near Lime Kiln Road and Oatlands Mill Road in south Leesburg..
