The APCA, together with Ashford Park School, hosted major
clean-up events for the last two years. Both events were a big success and it was
a lot of fun for those who participated.
Of course the work is never done. If you want to
contribute to the beautification of the campus, the following open
projects still need some attention:
Clean up overgrowth, limbs, debris that has accumulated over
the past year.
Outline the path from dirt parking lot to front entrance
with landscaping timbers and fill with pavers or concrete.
Spread mulch or other appropriate ground cover in fenced
play area by cafeteria.
Resurface dirt parking lot.
Grind tree stumps
Regrade and plant new grass on the bare spots and eroded
areas around the gym.
Resurface asphalt basketball court
Clear the curbs of overgrowth and clean back to the original
granite curbs
Clear sidewalk around the school of all encumbrances.
Paint Fence black
