1996-2005 Technical Lead, Sealworks, Inc., Washington Crossing, PA
I joined Sealworks as a multimedia developer, primarily focused on programming and animation in Director. The company direction quickly turned towards internet application development and I became the lead programmer, working in Perl and ColdFusion as well as Flash. As the company grew my roles expanded into to team leadership, client needs analysis, application architecture, framework design, and establishment of programming standards for the development team. I built a variety of tools to speed the development of ColdFusion, Flash, and Directory based products, including a custom application framework for ColdFusion as well an asset management system used heavily by Sealworks for client management. Sealworks projects included e-learning, content management, point of sale, and sales-force management applications. A few recent projects are listed below

www.educationalimpact.com: For Educational Impact, an online provider of professional development for educators, I built a large scale content management system and a wide array of assessment systems for their public facing sites. I also produced sales force management systems as well as systems to customize student-learning plans through achievement surveys. All applications have been developed in Cold Fusion with an SQL Server back-end.

Novartis eSlide desktop application: eSlide desktop is a Flash based application which allows Novartis sales team members to built, review and export PowerPoint presentations from assets which are downloaded through a .Net back-end system. The system is also capable of uploading presentations to the .Net system in order to share with other team members.
