The walls and "outriggers" are up.  Each outrigger is a beam made from two 2" x 10" for strength. I used tongue and groove "Novelty" pine for the walls.  Everything is VERY sturdy. It's complete!!! The roof is 2" x 4", 1/4" plywood, felt, and architectural shingles.
The roof, though heavy, rolls very easily.  I can sleep at night knowing the wind won't blow it off.

The windows and flower boxes hopefully satisfy the neighborhood "covenant police."

This side of the roof portion flips up when rolling.  Rain and snow don't get in when it's down as it overhangs the wall.

There are four "V" groove wheels (www.grainger.com) on each side, riding on angle iron welded to flat plate.

The chains are probably overkill, but nothing is rolling here. The winch in the corner pulls the roof on.  A second winch is attached to an outrigger to pull it off. The warm room measures 10' x 6' and is insulated.  It's nice and toasty in there with a space heater when it's 0 degrees F. outside. :)
Small, but comfortable. Ready for first-light.
