Due to the TAX INCREASES for the state of Maryland and the town of Ocean City. A deposit will be required to hold any reservations. 2011 RATES Please email or call for current rates. Rates subject to change without notice. Please call or email to verify current rates. 50% Deposit with reservation. Balance minimum 1 week in advance of occupancy. Rate includes 6% MD + 4.5% OC room tax. Please call early to reserve your dates. Security deposit $100 refundable after inspection. All guests are responsible for any damages. Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable unless the condo is re-rented at full rate for the cancellation term.

LODGING AGREEMENT Renters agree to all terms and conditions as set forth. Renters are personally liable for all damage which may occur during our occupancy, as a result of ourselves and of our guests. Renters agree to abide by the Ocean City Noise Ordinance and the Aronimink Association bylaws. Terms and rates subject to change without prior notice. Guests are subject to a $50 lock-out fee, $10 lost-key fee, an additional $100 cleaning fee, if the unit is found to be unsatisfactory upon vacate. Occupants are required to “self-clean” upon vacate, all supplies furnished. Bring all bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, paper products, accessories (chairs, umbrella).
