stay
and play tournament. In order to participate, all your team’s
rostered members MUST stay at one of the
hotels listed below. Individuals/teams
found staying at other locations may be sanctioned and loose the ability to

Acceptance Requirements:
The following information is
required on the NN Team Application / Hotel Form:
Name of
hotel your team will be staying at during the event
The
confirmation number(s) for all of your room(s)
The name
of the person, from your club, who made the reservation(s)
Number of
rooms reserved
What
night(s) your team members are staying in State College
When you call one of the hotels
listed below to reserve your rooms for the Nittany Ninvitational you MUST ask
for group sales or the person listed below.
All reservations should be made prior to Jan 5. Then please submit, via email attachment,
the Team Application / Hotel form by the Jan. 5, 2012 deadline. Teams needing additional rooms after Jan. 5
may still call the hotels listed as they have been requested to honor the rate
even after the deadline. If you are
unable to make reservations at one of these hotels, please contact Rose
Atkinson for assistance (atkinsonrose@yahoo.com).
NOTE: Teams that live within 40
miles of State College do not need to book hotel rooms.
Please pass this info on to your parents so that they can book their
rooms at these same hotels and get the same prices, thanks.
