CK - CH Cascadias Up Up And Away

Our first champion, lives in Maine and is currently training for the obedience ring.

Fremont - CH Cascadias Coeur d'Esprit - 2006 BCA Rassemblement Select

The following image is of Fremont at two years of age attending his first show:

Fremont was one of two adult tawny males to receive a rating of Select at the 2006 BCA Rassemblement from judges Jacques de Brouwer and Christiane Comby. The Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) has rated Fremont's hips as good, his elbows, patella, cardiac, and thyroid as normal. His eyes have been certified by the Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF) as normal in January of 2009. He has been certified as being genetically normal/clear for Congenital Stationary Night Blindness (CSNB), by Optigen. The Canine Health Information Center (CHIC) has registered Fremont as CHIC#: 55085.

Fremont lives in Poulsbo, Washington, where he helps exercise the horses. Fremont has a very steady temperment, and personifies the term "sage hardy". Fremont is disappointed that they do not allow Briards to compete in carriage dog competition, as he loves to trot behind the horses when his people go for a ride. The following are some of Fremont's measurements:

  • Height at withers: 26 1/2 inches
  • Chest circumference: 31 3/4 inches
  • Length of body: 26 3/4 inches
  • Length of head: 10 3/4 inches
  • Length of muzzle: 5 1/4 inches
  • Weight: 83 pounds

Bramble - Cascadia's U'Happy Bramble
