Here are photos of panels made by Dennis J. There are various size panels designed to fit particular spaces in his HT. Alll used the same construction techniques.
Dennis used galvanized corner hardware to make the joint. It can be done with a simple butt joint as well.
Pegboard was attached with washer head screws
6" thick fiberglass insulation was compressed in to the 3.5" space.
The hardware cloth was attached with the washer head screws and staples.
This panel is ready for the polyester batting and then to be covered with muslin.
