Bill Hinnzman' s hair length changes from the beginning of the movie to the end. I guess zombies suffer from high speed hair shortening.

Someone must have forgot the clap stick that day. If you pan too fast, you never know when you might actually sling your hand into the shot.

When Ben is hammering the door shut in the kitchen, you can see a light stand and a cord hanging from it. They probably needed it so they could see if the hot dogs were done.


Ist shot - He kicks the chair off of the porch, torch in hand.	2nd shot - Shows the chair burning in front of the zombies with the torch on it.	3rd shot - Ben has the torch again. So which is it, before or after? It would be nice if you could get your story straight man.

In order to preserve continuity, they had to make sure that all the same boards were used in the same places. To keep all that in order they wrote it on the back of the board, as is evident in this goof shot.

As the ghoul gets dragged by the truck, you can see the shadow of the camera man. In this shot you will also notice that the headlights that were busted out by zombies earlier in the film are now unharmed.

Ben tells Barbara that the place is boarded up, yet a clearly unprotected window is in the background. This is not actually a goof because that window is 10 feet off of the ground, but the audience does not know that..

Apparently someone left their script lying around.

In this shot you can see a hand waving across the bottom of the screen. It appears that someone is directing Duane to leave the shot, as he does shortly after, but upon second look, the hand could have been swatting a bugs because a few fly in front of the camera during the take.

While in the car, Johnny tosses his driving gloves on the dashboard. Moments later in the graveyard, he pulls his driving gloves out from his suit pocket.


Ben puts a pair of shoes onto Barbara's feet but in the next shot there are no shoes in sight.

The door next to the cellar door opens and closes between cuts.
