“It had been a hot, bumpy, dusty, anxious ride from Cu Chi. Finally the deuce and a half turns into the compound at the port of Saigon.

From an artillery unit to a transportation company. and almost before I could even get signed in...back on the truck and off to my new digs ........Cat Lai, Vietnam.”
